Integrity of the initiatives posted to the International Qualifications Network Web site shall be determined by the criteria defined below. The criteria shall be used by officials of the Foreign Credentials Referral Office to approve or deny initiatives that are submitted by Web site members for posting.

Authority: The initiative is posted by a member who works for the initiative authority;

Relevancy: The initiative relates to labour market integration of internationally-trained individuals;

Audience: The initiative is suitable for a range of individuals who are interested in issues and/or practices related to labour market integration of internationally-trained individuals;

Commercial Advertising: The initiative is not to serve for the sole purpose of commercial advertising;

Accessibility: Attachments are either available in an accessible format, or can be made available in an accessible format upon request;

Language: Summary information is available in English or French;

Privacy: The initiative shall not provide personal information of any individual(s) without their consent (such as participants of an initiative).
